1. Scope

These Terms & Conditions apply to all services and products provided by KlayWorks – Sole Proprietorship, owned by Kirsty Forsyth.

2. Commissions / Orders

Custom orders are agreed upon in writing. Price and delivery information are non-binding until confirmed.

3. Prices & Payment

All prices are in Swiss Francs (CHF). Unless otherwise agreed, invoices are payable within 30 days. Course or workshop fees (if applicable in the future) must be paid in full before the course begins.

4. Delivery & Shipping

Delivery times will be met wherever possible. KlayWorks is not liable for delays or damages caused by third parties (e.g., postal service or courier). Shipping costs are charged separately.

5. Returns & Cancellations

Handmade ceramic pieces may show minor variations and are not eligible for return or exchange. Course bookings (if applicable) may be cancelled free of charge up to 14 days before the start date. After that, the full fee is due.

6. Liability

KlayWorks is not liable for damage resulting from improper use of the products.

7. Jurisdiction

Swiss law applies exclusively. The place of jurisdiction is Basel, Switzerland.
